honoring heritage and heart

In Filipino culture, Kasama means having a partner, someone who walks with you, celebrates with you, and stands beside you.

It’s not just about capturing your love, your family, your heart together.

It’s about being on the journey with you and moving through your day as a close friend — uplifting you when needed, and fading into the background when you don’t.

When I show up with my camera, I do more than document, I’m right there with you, part of the joy, the chaos, the laughter, the quiet. Sama-sama, always.

The name Samahan comes from the Tagalog word sama, which means to be with—and in Filipino culture, sama-sama is a way of living that celebrates togetherness, community, and showing up for one another. That philosophy is at the heart of everything I do.

Photography to experience the moment

Connection the moment you inquire, this isn’t just about booking a photographer—it’s about building trust with all the information you need upfront, and once you’re ready, we’ll begin planning together so you feel supported every step of the way.

A clear and thoughtful plan that holds space for real moments. Whether you’re throwing a big, joy-filled party or sneaking away for an intimate elopement, the goal is always the same: to let you soak up every moment while I take care of preserving it.

questions?

how many photos do we get?

Typically I deliver an average of 400 + images for a full wedding day. I firmly believe in less is more and intentional images are more powerful than a dozen of similar photos. Your gallery should not only capture the day, but also tell a story with each photo.

For portraits and branding, client gallery average is about 50+ images, most often more!

how soon do we get our photos?

Wedding gallery turn around time will be detailed out in your contract with me, but typically 8-12 week turn around time is my standard. You can always request your gallery to be rushed delivered, for a fee.

Portraits and branding has a 6 week turn around time, but lately I average around 4 weeks!

how do we get our photos?

All my galleries are delivered via  a private online gallery website. From here you can download your photos, share with friends and family and of course print and frame!

Galleries are online and live for 1 year for weddings and 3 months for portraits and branding sessions.

how do we book you?

After you fill out my contact form and hop on a call with me to chat, I'll send you a proposal which includes my contract and retainer invoice. You only need to pay a  25% non-refundable retainer fee to book your date with me!
